For our guest post today we have Oliver Thornhill, that adorable kitty, back to share Christmas memories. Hopefully he will have a Merry Christmas with lots of treats from Santa Claws. After Christmas perhaps he will tell us all about the holidays.
I am so excited. This is my second Christmas. I get a little hyper when I look at all the lights and the glitter. I can’t help but remember what happened last year though. The family went out for a while and left me in charge of everything. I lay by the tree for a nice uninterrupted nap.
All of a sudden, something went terribly wrong. The big tree fell sideways, flat on the floor on top of all the gifts. It was my first Christmas but I didn’t think that was suppose to happen. Not knowing what to do I just continued with my nap.
After a while my family returned. They saw the mess and didn’t know what to think of it. They knew I liked to climb and wondered if I tried to climb the tree and tipped it over. Mommy picked me up and gave me a big hug and said “Ollie didn’t do that.” At the same time Poppy tried to stand the Tree upright. Then I head him say “the tree fell down because the stand broke.” Before long everything was back in order and I was so happy. I know my family love me more than anything, even the Christmas tree.

I write from my soul. I don't know any other way to write. I focus on these genres - biographical, philosophical, commentary, romance, living with ADHD, having extreme anxiety and depression, being a victim of drug addiction and recovery and becoming a SURVIVOR OF ADDICTION, being a victim of Domestic Violence and becoming a SURVIVOR OF DV, and living through and SURVIVING Maternal Narcissistic abuse! Not too mention that I have the world's most AMAZING PARTNER that I write a lot about! I hope that through all my posts, you realize that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! There is someone who cares!
