Foster Cat Chats

Inside Buddy Foster's World

Buddy Foster Learns to Knit

Winter can be long and boring for an indoor cat.  How many hours a day can a kitty be content to sleep?

My good friend, Cathy, helps me with my blog by sending me ideas and photos.  Mommy keeps all the ideas for future use but the last photo Cathy sent caught my eye.

From Fully Feline Magazine

Let me tell you about Cathy. She writes children books, paints, knits mittens, has done work with polymer clay and so much more. She has a Facebook page called Spannytickle Studio .

So I thought. Maybe I can be a feline version of Cathy. First, I’ll learn to knit. Then I’ll learn to paint. Mommy might lend me her supplies because she paints too.  Maybe I could borrow some of Mommy’s beads and learn beadwork.   If I can write, there is no end to what I may be able to do.

I decide to begin with knitting.  First choose a colour. Blue  accents my fur.

Next, chew wool. Hmm. Not bad.

Lie on back, knit with paws.

There.  A scarf.

My version 0f a onesie.

Maybe Simon, Sammy and Ollie would like one, too.

You are so smart Buddy. I would. Love to have a scarf. Blue would be good for me too because we are the same color. Keep learning new things Buddy. Oliver

I love anything to do with a cat. I have several. As for your question about how many hours a day a cat sleeps…a lot! 🙂 I enjoyed this post! 🙂

I am sorry i am not able to come up with any ideas of what your cat can try next 🙂 but whatever it may be, cats are intelligent animals. 🙂
